"Before I started at Club Fitness, I weighed in around 230lbs and was trying to lose weight. But I was not losing any weight and was at a standstill. I started at 241lbs in January 2010 & I lost 10lbs, but couldn't lose anymore. So I signed up at Club Fitness in February 2010. I was very tired and not feeling well and had no energy and didn't feel like ding anything. I was also having health problems, blurry vision, lightheaded & just didn't feel well. I was drinking 6-7 Mountain Dew's a day and eating alot of junk food. I was only eating one meal a day and still was not losing any weight. Then I started at Club Fitness in February. I signed up for the nutrition and weight loss program. I started eating 5x a day and eating healthy things and drinking lots of water. Also I started exercising and lifting weights and I started feeling better.
