Step It Up
At Club Fitness we have a dedicated leg room, where our trainers will give you a lower body workout at most of your sessions. Your entire lower body will be exercised – quads, glutes, hamstrings, thighs and calves. All machines are safe and easy to use, providing you with a great workout that improves your endurance and vitality.
