The Lifestyle Empowerment Program gives YOU the power! While many people fail to achieve the results they hoped for by falling prey to poor eating habits because they are confused about the role of food in their lives, we will teach you what a good way to fuel your body is and what is not. You will learn that the proper combination of complex carbohydrates and lean protein, when eaten often enough, will speed up your metabolism, never leave you feeling hungry, or let you hit that mid-afternoon wall. Plus, you will look and feel better than ever before!

One BIG reason people fail to achieve their lifestyle goals is the lack of accountability. Our program has the participants journaling their food intake. Through constant communication, motivation, and 24/7 email accessibility to our nutrition counselors, we make sure that the commitment is being made in order to accomplish our client’s goals.

We strive for our clients to achieve a lifetime of health and fitness while living a life full of energy and vitality! Cardiovascular exercise and resistance training are very important parts of reaching this goal. That’s why this membership package includes a minimum of three sessions a week with a personal trainer, body composition testing, unlimited nutritional counseling (journal assessments, 24/7 email accessibility, on-going weight and measurement monitoring) and your own Club Fitness journal to keep track of your personal success story.
